A worthy cause

So to add to the social-commentary front of this erudite blog....
If any of you dear readers are ending the calendar year wondering what to do with all your left over money since you never seem to know how to spend it all, go to www.families4families.net and check out the best charity on the left coast. (I would say further than that, but with all due respect I haven't researched charities beyond my location.) Over 95% of our contributions go DIRECTLY to the families (and that is because we are 100% volunteer-based). This is a very cool and easy way to support families who are going through tough times who need an extra affirmation that there are those out there who are concerned about them. We've done our deliveries for this year, but we start fundraising for next year right now! (: Tell 'em you heard about it on Smart Sisters!
